HOW WE WORK
PHONE QUOTATION
Contact us, over the phone or by email for a standard overhaul quote and then send us
your unit for strip and inspection (usually free depending the size of the air end)
FULL STRIP AND INSPECTION
We fully disassemble the air end, inspect the components for damage or wear and measure critical dimensions. Once this is complete, we confirm the price, adding the cost of any repairs which may be necessary.
CLEAN & FINISH UNIT
Upon your approval to overhaul, we chemically clean the major components, adding a coating of Gardbond anti-rust protection. Rotors are hand polished for the smoothest possible result.
REBUILD UNIT
Your unit is then rebuilt with new bearings, O-rings, gaskets and seals replacing other
wearing components as deemed necessary
Painting and Packing
Your air end is finished in OEM colours and then packaged/palleted ready for despatch

Firm quotations in 24 hours
Firm quotations can usually be made within 24 hours from the time the air end is received in our workshop
Refurbishment and Overhaul
Service can take 3-5 days following inspection and order with the possibility of a service exchange

Each unit comes with a warranty covering defects discovered on parts or workmanship valid for 12 months from the date of receipt
